DeAndre Wilson, 27, rolls a 230-pound tire on the Greenway in Downtown Evansville, Ind. that reads "cancer sucks" with the goal of raising awareness about cancer. Wilson inherited the tire five years ago from his father who rolled it around the last 18 months of his life as he battled stage four liver and colon cancer.
